1-) Our first stop is Rumeli Fortress built by Fatih Sultan Mehmet on the narrow part of the Bosphorus. Rumeli Fortress was built in a very short time like 90 days. 2-) Passing under the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bosphorus Bridge, which has the feature of the 2nd Bosphorus Bridge of Istanbul, we pass to the Anatolian side (Asian Side) on the opposite shore of Istanbul.
Our 3-) first stop on the Anatolian side is Anadolu Hisarı. The fortress, which is located directly opposite the Rumeli Hisarı, was built in 1395 by Yıldırım Beyazıt. Next is the Küçüksu Pavilion, located right next to the Anatolian Hisarı and built by Sultan Abdülmecid in 1856.
As we move along the coast from Küçüksu Pavilion, we will see many mansions from the Ottoman Empire to the present day.
Next, we will see Istanbul's first Bosphorus bridge, 4-) Bosphorus Bridge (July 15 Martyrs' Bridge) and just below it, the 5-) Beylerbeyi Palace, built by Sultan Abdulaziz in 1865. When we move towards the south from Beylerbeyi Palace, the Maiden's Tower welcomes you in the area of ​​Salacak, which is the subject of legends, about which various rumors are told. With all its majesty on the tree-covered ridges of the historical peninsula, which we can see right across from the Maiden's Tower. 7-) Topkapı Palace and just behind it, 8-) Hagia Sophia and 9-) Blue Mosque. From this region, we pass to the European side of Istanbul and we see the magnificent Galata Tower, the watcher of the city. 10-) Dolmabahçe Palace and its neighbor 11-) What fascinating palaces are Çırağan Palace. 12-) The Bosphorus is the Big Mecidiye Mosque, which is located next to the palaces and is also known as the Ortaköy Mosque. As we come to the end of our journey, our last stop is the 14-) Su island or Galatasaray island, which was once an entertainment venue in Istanbul.
